About.Best Life Physical Therapy was formed to provide people with holistic therapies that will unlock their full healing power without the need for medications or surgery, such that they can live their best life.
|
Established in 2021We realized people are more than just their ankle injury or their rib issue. Everything is connected. Working in an insurance-based system doesn't allow conventional therapists to see and treat the whole person. We developed Best Life PT to give you the care you haven't been able to find elsewhere.
|
Our MissionWe work with our patients to unlock their bodies' own capacity to heal by finding connection between their mental, spiritual and physical selves, as well as incorporating reflexive and vagus nerve interventions that enable restoration of movement patterns. We deliver all of our services with compassion and respect as well as a deep understanding and holistic view of our clients' needs.

Meet Our Team
Erin Raible-Wilson
Founder, Physical Therapist
A graduate of the University of Kentucky, Erin Raible-Wilson has extensive orthopedic experience as well as expertise in treating pelvic health disorders for both men and women. Erin successfully treats all types of pain and related issues. She has a special interest in research and treatment for spine therapy including scoliosis and osteoporosis. Manual therapy coupled with body retraining techniques are the foundation of Erin’s work. Erin is trained in a number of advanced techniques including trigger point dry needling, Primal Reflex Release Technique (PRRT), Pain Neutralization Technique (PNT), and is Hesch Sacroiliac joint certified.
Erin became interested in physical therapy at a young age through her involvement in sports. As a high school and college soccer player she wanted to help her teammates work through their injuries. "One of the most rewarding things in life is when I can offer advice, do a technique or provide care that can help people in a meaningful way."
A mother of four children, she spends most of her free time with them, her husband, and her dog. She enjoys working out, gardening and creating things in the kitchen. One of her passions is reading on and researching new developments in physical therapy to find ways to help her patients achieve wellness.
Erin is committed to community outreach programs where she continues to promote research and education. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, and the Kentucky Physical Therapy Association and has been published in Kentuckiana Health Fitness.
