Best Life Physical Therapy offers SMS text message communications to patients who have provided explicit consent to receive them. This page explains how our text message program works, what messages you can expect, and how to opt out at any time.

Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule. Most patients receive between 1 and 6 messages per month. You may receive additional messages during active treatment periods or if you initiate contact via text.
 
MESSAGE AND DATA RATES
 
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Best Life Physical Therapy does not charge for text messages. Contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan.
 
HOW TO OPT OUT
 
You can stop receiving text messages from Best Life Physical Therapy at any time:
 
Reply STOP — You will be immediately unsubscribed. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
 
Reply CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE — Same result as STOP.
 
Reply HELP — You will receive our contact information and support options.
 
Reply START — Re-subscribe after previously opting out.
 
You may also call or email our office directly to request removal from our text message list. Opt-out requests are processed within 24 hours.
